Thank you for choosing Kidsco Party and Events for your prop hiring needs. By checking the box of agreement at the checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. HIRE PERIOD

The hire period starts from the date of collection or delivery until the return date specified in the booking. Additional hire fees may apply if the items are returned late.

2. USE OF HIRE ITEMS

The hire items must only be used for their intended purpose and in a safe and responsible manner. Any damage caused to the items during the hire period will be charged to the hirer.

3. PAYMENT

Full payment for the hire items is required at the time of booking. A security deposit may also be required and will be refunded upon the safe return of the items.

4. COLLECTION/DELIVERY

The hirer is responsible for the collection and return of the items, or for arranging delivery and pickup at an additional cost. Any delivery and pickup costs will be communicated to the hirer prior to the start of the hire period and must be paid in full before delivery can be arranged.

5. CANCELLATION

Cancellation of a booking must be made within 7 days of the booking date to avoid losing 50% of the total hire fee. We do not offer refunds, but we do offer store credits to be used within 12 months of the cancellation date. Any store credits will be issued at the discretion of Kidsco Party and Events.

6. LIABILITY

Kidsco Party and Events is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the hire items during the hire period.

7. OWNERSHIP

The hire items remain the property of Kidsco Party and Events at all times.
