FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can I pick up or drop off my Hire Items on a different day to the allocated day?
A: Due to our busy schedule (particularly over weekends), we are unable to offer any flexibility with pick up times.
We offer a three hour window on Friday before your booking for pick-ups and a three hour window the Monday after your booking for drop offs.
Q: Can I pick up delivery only items?
A: Our delivery only items are large awkward or fragile pieces that break or damage easily, therefore we only offer delivery on these items.
Additional delivery, setup and collection fees will apply and are charged dependent on location, time, and accessibility.
Q: Can you deliver props to my event?
A: Yes definitely! We offer delivery, set and collection to all areas of Perth WA.
Additional delivery, setup and collection fees will apply and are charged dependent on location, time, and accessibility.
Q: How much are setup/delivery fees?
Delivery and setup charges start at $120+gst (within the first 10km of Oakford then $2/km from there).
Prices vary depending on the complexity of the location to conduct the set ups.
